COMING TO CRANKWORX SUMMER SERIES CANADA – SILVERSTAR? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Crankworx Summer Series Canada is officially kicking off the season at SilverStar Bike Park this week, July 28th – 31st! It’s sure to be an action-packed weekend full of epic riding, live music, a village market, and more. Here’s a round-up of all you need to know if you are coming onsite this weekend.
Crankworx Summer Series Canada is building the trail for athlete progression, holding spots in the same category and discipline for the top two finalists of the Air DH, Pump Track and Dual Slalom events.
The Title Slopestyle at SilverStar Bike Park competition will also be awarding the highest ranked rider that is not already qualified for Red Bull Joyride a Wildcard Entry or as we are calling it, their “golden ticket” (yes, it’s really going to be a giant golden ticket!!) to the 10th Anniversary of Red Bull Joyride at Crankworx Whistler.
Sticking true to the spirit of athlete progression, we are stoked to partner with SilverStar Bike Park to bring Crankworx Slopestyle Session at SilverStar Bike Park: a women’s only, invitational slopestyle session on Monday, August 1st and Tuesday, August 2nd. Crankworx Slopestyle Session at Silverstar Bike Park is an invitational development session aimed at creating a path for women in Slopestyle mountain biking.

Centrally located in the heart of B.C.’s Okanagan Valley, SilverStar Mountain Resort is easy to get to, just a twenty minute drive from Vernon and only a fifty-five minute drive from Kelowna International Airport.
Free day parking is available throughout the season in A, B, C, D and E lots. Learn more about parking here.
Event Check-In for Athletes & Venue Access
Each registered athlete will need to check-in for race plate pick up at the Athlete Centre where pre-race requirements will be verified (waiver & insurance).

Where to Watch the Action (it’s free!)
Village Events – No pass required. Hiking tickets are not required to view the Slopestyle and Pump Track events.
On-Mountain Events
A valid day ticket or pass is required to be on mountain. Visit the ticket office for a complimentary hiking ticket and take the Silver Queen trail to watch Air DH. The dual slalom event is bike access only.
