Crankworx Adds Mont-Sainte-Anne to 2026 Calendar
The Crankworx World Tour is set to expand in 2026 with the addition of a new festival stop at Mont-Sainte-Anne (MSA), Québec. From September 3–7, 2026, one of Canada’s most iconic bike destinations will welcome the ultimate experience in mountain biking, uniting the best of competition, unforgettable moments, and the signature festival vibes that define Crankworx.
Just 40km outside Québec City, Mont-Sainte-Anne has long been a cornerstone of the global mountain bike scene. With 30 UCI World Cups under its belt and a trail network spanning incredible downhill, cross-country, and enduro trails, the venue brings decades of history and experience to the Crankworx calendar.

The inaugural Crankworx Mont-Sainte-Anne festival will combine elite competition across multiple disciplines, inviting elite and amateur categories alongside the next generation of shredders, participatory events, and community celebrations. The festival will highlight both the global stage of mountain biking and the strong cultural connection to Québec’s riding community.
Crankworx World Tour Managing Director Darren Kinnaird shared: “I had the chance to visit Mont-Saint-Anne last year, and two things were evident to me immediately: one, the passion of the mountain biking community in Quebec; and two, the quality of the riding in this region. This is a world-class riding destination. So naturally, I am incredibly stoked to welcome Mont-Sainte-Anne to the Crankworx family. With its rich history of hosting mountain bike events, it’s a true privilege to bring Crankworx to such a legendary destination.”
“Hosting the final stage of the Crankworx World Tour at Mont-Sainte-Anne in 2026 is a great privilege,” explains Marie-France Couture, executive producer for the CEEQ. « The Crankworx World Tour is a truly unifying festival where the quality of the sporting competitions goes hand in hand with a spirit of celebration that perfectly matches the DNA of the major mountain biking events that Mont-Sainte-Anne has hosted for over 30 years. »
Mont-Sainte-Anne isn’t just another stop on the calendar – it’s the grand finale of the 2026 Crankworx World Tour, delivering an iconic mix of competition across disciplines and categories, signature Crankworx parties, and the ultimate celebration of the global mountain bike community.

Adding to MSA’s long-standing legacy in gravity mountain biking, the festival will also mark the long-awaited return of major Slopestyle competition to Québec – the first since Québec City’s City 8 in 2014. “I am so fired up for the Crankworx World Tour to be coming to Quebec! I competed in Quebec City over 10 years ago when I was early in my Slopestyle career, and I remember the energy was electric! So, I can’t imagine how insane it will be now! The people there have some serious passion for bikes so I know they will be going crazy watching,” says Nicholi Rogatkin, second-place finisher at the 2014 City 8 and Crankworx Slopestyle legend.
On top of that, Mont-Sainte-Anne will host the final showdown in the race for King & Queen of Crankworx 2026, as riders push through multi-discipline battles pursuing the coveted royal titles.
As the season ender, Crankworx Mont-Sainte-Anne promises to deliver an unforgettable mix of legendary racing, next-level progression, and all the festival energy that makes Crankworx what it is.
