Online registration MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2026
Registration Deadline: MONDAY, JULY 20, 2026
To register, please login into the Crankworx Registration Platform
There will be no onsite registration for race or events.
Kidsworx online registration will open separately from Crankworx Whistler general registration.
To register, Parents/Guardians will need to create a Parent/Guardian account and set up an athlete profile, then go to:
“Manage Additional Athletes”.
Then create a profile and add their young shredders, 17 years and under.
The account and athlete profile will be used for all Crankworx festivals and events moving forward. Only one account and profile is required. Once an athlete profile is created, competitors can register for races through their profile.
Cancellation Policy:
Entry fees are refundable (less a $25 administration fee) if written cancellation notice is received at kidsworx@crankworx.com no later than: June 24, 2026 at 11:59pm PDT.
After this deadline, all entries are final and non-refundable, and non-transferable, including but not limited to injury, illness, mechanical failure, travel disruption, visa issues, or other personal circumstances.
Athletes are encouraged to obtain personal event insurance where appropriate.
Post-Deadline Withdrawals
Athletes who are unable to compete after the cancellation deadline must notify kidsworx@crankworx.com as soon as possible.
Maintaining accurate start lists is critical for competition operations, seeding, and broadcast planning. Timely withdrawal ensures opportunities can be offered to other athletes.
Failure to formally withdraw will result in the athlete appearing on the official start list as a DNS (Did Not Start) and may be considered in future participation or seeding decisions at Crankworx events.
Professional communication is an expectation of participation within the Crankworx Series.
Force Majeure
In the event that the festival or competition is cancelled, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizer (including but not limited to weather, wildfire, government restrictions, public health orders, or other force majeure events), Crankworx reserves the right to determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.

This happens and can be easily resolved – before the start lists are released.
