Crankworx Innsbruck to Kick off European Leg of Crankworx World Tour
After making its debut in 2017, Crankworx Innsbruck is back, and slated to kick off the Crankworx european double-header for its second year. June 13-17, the best mountain bikers in the world will descend on Innsbruck, Austria for five days of mountain biking magic and mastery, before moving on to Les Gets, France for the second european Crankworx stop, June 20-24. What can athletes and fans expect for year number two? Gravity-defying action and breathtaking tricks by the world’s top freestyle mountain bikers, thousands of spectators, a diverse roster of participatory events (sure to sell out!) for children and teenagers, all amidst the spectacular scenery of Bikepark Innsbruck (Mutters, Götzens).
Second and final chance for the Triple Crown of Slopestyle
Following the season opener in Rotorua, all eyes in the mountain bike world will turn to the Crankworx Innsbruck Slopestyle. For one rider, the event will be the chance to extend their lead in the battle for the never-before-won Triple Crown of Slopestyle, while for all other athletes it will be the final chance to grab the first of the three wins required to claim the prestigious prize.
