Online media accreditation for Crankworx Rotorua 2020 has now closed.

If you would like to sign up for accreditation in person, you have two options:

  1. Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3, 3:30-6 p.m.: Join us at our pop-up accreditation desk at Secret Spot, located next to Mountain Bike Rotorua at Waipa in the Whakarewarewa Forest. Stick around on Tuesday for our media welcome reception from 5:30-6:30 including complimentary drinks and snacks.
  2. Wednesday, March 4 through Sunday, March 8: Pick up a one-way entry at the Skyline Rotorua accreditation centre, and come by the Media Centre to sign up for accreditation on site.

WHEN TO EXPECT ACCREDITATION CONFIRMATION

We will begin reviewing applications mid-January. Once a week all the media accreditation applications are collated and reviewed, it may take up to seven days for a response.

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO?

In order to cover certain events, you will need to provide proof of Public Liability Insurance. Please review the details here:

If you are accepted for media accreditation, you will be sent an approval email with an attached Media Rights Form and a Health and Safety Form. Please review them. You will be asked to sign them when you pick up your media accreditation. You will also receive the Skyline Rotorua Drone Policy to review.
