RockShox Rotorua Pump Track Challenge

RockShox Rotorua Pump Track Challenge

2017 winners: Keegan Wright and Caroline Buchanan

Riders get ready to master the maze. This is the ultimate stripped-down skill showcase of riding ability sees competitors duel back-to-back, without a single pedal stroke, on a course which demands one harness horizontal momentum to maximize speed, flow and flair.

Rolling into the 13-second rhythm battle, riders will coast through a series of turns into rollers to give themselves enough speed for a final a 220-degree berm leading to the finish straight. The top pros invited will hustle through a time trial elimination round to form the final field of 32 men and eight women. Both the top man and woman will earn $1500 cash.
