Registration for the EWS80 (formally the Challenger) will be through the centralized Enduro World Series entry system.

Entry fee includes 1 day race, 1 day of closed course marshalled training, full course medical
coverage on training and race days, race day feed zone, live timing, and backup timing.
Lift tickets are required to access the Whistler Mountain Bike Park - not included in the entry fee. A special discounted 2-day Whistler Mountain Bike Park ticket will be available for EWS racers at the Crankworx Athlete Centre. Must be purchased at the same time that racers collect their race plate.
ONSITE CHECKIN / PLATE PICK UP
New for 2019 – EWS80 competitors registered in the Bell Helmets EWS80 will need a race license – but the requirements are a little more relaxed. Any race license would be accepted, including Amateur, Master, and Cycling for All licenses.
EWS80 racers will have the option to race with a one event license – available for purchase from the Canadian Cycling Federation at the onsite checkin .
EWS memberships are optional for EWS80 racers – but only riders with a membership will be eligible to collect EWS Global Ranking points.

This race follows the same rules as the Enduro World Series, with the following exceptions:
- No individual start times will be give for these stages; there will only be an opening and closing time for each stage. All EWS80 riders must start within the stage time windows given. Riders can ride together with their friends, and seed themselves.
- No pre-qualification needed
- No bike marking
- Riders must be self sufficient on race day. No neutral tech support.
Full-face helmets are mandatory for the all the race stages on both the training and race day. XC helmets can be worn during the transitions.
