Expo
This year’s Expo starts at the base of the mountains and snakes its way along the pedestrian-only streets of Whistler Village. All the industry’s super-heavyweights and event sponsors will be on site with the latest and greatest gear, as well as a first look at what is on the horizon for 2009.

Demo & Tech Zone
Imagine having access to pit row at Daytona. Conveniently located together in Lot 1 & 2, across from the Pan Pacific Hotel. The Demo Zone will have something for everyone; Devinci, Specialized, Trek, Giant and Marzocchi will all be in the pits with their top XC, Freeride and Downhill bikes and components for you to try at your disposal. All you need is a driver’s license and credit card and the mountain is yours. Open daily from 10 am.

The Tech Zone is where the nuts & bolts of Kokanee Crankworx get tightened. Here, bike savants wrench on prototype bikes, interacting with riders as they chill at their team trailers between training runs & races. Make sure you check out the beating heart of professional mountain biking, open to the public throughout the festival.

Oakley’s Rolling O Lab will also be on the scene, providing you with the science behind their ground-breaking technology. Discover the truth about today’s eyewear marketplace of ideas as the Oakley HDO Demo Tour stops in at Kokanee Crankworx 2009.
