16: Monster Energy Slopestyle The top 10 of the 18 invited athletes have also been prequalified for the Monster Energy Slopestyle. 6 more will advance from the VW Best Trick competition / Slopestyle Qualifiers Expression Session.

VW Trick Showdown: $8,000 $3,000: Winner-Takes-All for best trick on each feature As a little bonus to the pros for pushing the limits, our host announcer, Brad Ewen, will have his fist full with $1,000 cash at each feature that he’ll be throwing out to anyone who can impress him!
Monster Energy Slopestyle: $30,000 allocated as follows: 1st $15,000 2nd $7,500 3rd $3,000 4th $2,000 5th $1,500 6th $1,000
WHO'S BUILDING THE COURSE; WHAT FEATURES WILL BE INCLUDED? John Cowan and his tireless crew of builders have begun to turn the earth to construct the features of the slopestyle course in the Boneyard at the Whistler Mountain Bike Park. Stay tuned for details.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO WATCH? Course is located in the Boneyard, base of the Whistler Mountain Bike Park. Spectators can watch from the perimeter of the course or from the Jumbotron screen in Skier's Plaza. Or tune in to GO211.com for live webcast coverage of the Best Trick and Slopestyle Finals.
