REGISTRATION

iXS Innsbruck Downhill presented by Raiffeisen Club : race is full / registration is closed .

The Official Alpine Whip-Off Championships presented by SPANKRockShox Innsbruck Pump Track Challenge, Mons Royale Dual Speed & Style Innsbruck, and Crankworx Innsbruck Slopestyle presented by Kenda are invitational events.

ONSITE CHECKIN

Check in for all Bikepark Innsbruck events (Whip off, Pump Track, Dual Speed & Style and Slopestyle) will be at the Event Office in the Mutters Gondola station.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER?

Minimum age for the June 17 iXS Innsbruck Downhill presented by Raiffeisen Club is 15 (year of birth 2003).

Please refer to the Kidsworx programming for options for younger competitors.

DO I NEED A LICENCE?
All competitors in the iXS Innsbruck Downhill presented by Raiffeisen Club will need to have an international UCI license issued by their national cycling federation. No one-event licenses will be available.

AS A COMPETITOR, DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A SPECTATOR PASS?
Crankworx Innsbruck is ticketed this year.
Every registered rider will receive a wristband which gives you access to both venues (Mutters & Götzens) June 13-17. In addition you will receive 1 festival pass for a person of your choice.

DO I NEED A LIFT TICKET?
No. You will not need a lift ticket for official practice or competition. Entry fees for the DH competitors will include a 4 day lift ticket.

For riders arriving in Innsbruck in advance – pricing for Bikepark Innsbruck is available online.  The Bikepark is open!  The trails in Mutters are open (2 trails – 7 km all together), the trails in Götzens are closed because of course preparations until Wednesday.
You can also ride at “Nordkette”, the hard and long “Nordkette Singletrail”, “Arzler Alm Trail” Enduro trail  and the “Hungerburgtrail”. The “Elferlift” in Stubai is also close to Innsbruck – which feature 2 trails with a cable car. And the Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is also always a good one to spend a day – that’s 1h 15 min from Innsbruck.  Please refer to www.bikeciy-innsbruck.com for riding options.

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT TIME I’LL BE RACING?
Event times are posted on the event schedule. The start list will be posted online the evening prior to the event.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A FULL FACE HELMET?
Full-face helmets are required for the downhills and whip-off. Open face helmets are permitted for all other events.

SPECIAL PROTECTION RULES FOR RIDERS IN THE iXS DH
It is MANDATORY for riders to wear:

– A full-face helmet
– Knee, elbow and back protection
– Gloves with full hand protection
– Shirt with at least short sleeves

A neck brace and shoulder pads are highly recommended.

Helmets must be full face and of a one-piece design. Slimmed down ‘Enduro’ full face helmets are not advised. Helmet straps must be closed on course.

The local organizer is responsible for enforcing compliance with gear regulations. Failure to comply with gear regulations will result in disqualification.

PARKING

Bikepark Innsbruck – Venue Mutters 
A dedicated athlete parking option will be provided in Mutters at the event site
You will receive a parking permit that allows you to park at the signposted parking area in Mutters. Please pick up your parking permit at the Riders Registration in Mutters.

Further public parking options will be provided in Mutters/Götzen 10 minutes’ walk away from each event site.

Bikepark Innsbruck – Venue Götzens / DH
A dedicated Athlete parking option will be provided in Götzens at the event site. First come, first served.

CAMPERS
There will be an athletes parking in Götzens (DH venue) – but camping is no permitted at this site .
There is a campground about 10 minutes away from Götzens (next to the Natterer Lake http://www.natterersee.com/ )

TRANSPORT
Public Shuttle from Innsbruck to the event site: June 13th – 17th
The Crankworx Innsbruck public shuttle bus stop at the main train station is located within walking distance (5min) from the aDLERS Hotel. It runs from the main train station to Mutters – Götzens – return to the main train station.

Crankworx Innsbruck Bikepark Shuttle: Mutters – Götzens – Mutters – Götzens
There will also be a shuttle bus service between the two venues. The shuttle bus will operate with a bike trailer.

MEDICAL SERVICES / FIRST AID MANAGEMENT
Race medical services are provided on site during training sessions and competition. There are several hospitals, doctors and physiotherapists close to the location.

The First Response Team (Medics) will have radio contact with on-course marshals and the race manager for the duration of training and race sessions. In the case of an emergency the nearest hospital is:

INSURANCE
Travel, medical and liability insurance is recommended when travelling and competing at any Crankworx World Tour events. Insurance coverage is not provided by Crankworx Innsbruck.

RACE CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY
Race Category Eligibility (Age and Gender) for all Crankworx events will be determined by the athletes Austrian Cycling Federation or UCI license. For Athletes who do not possess an Austrian Cycling Federation or UCI license, and do not require one for any of the races in which they are entered, Race Category Eligibility (Age and Gender) will be determined by the athletes Birth Certificate or Passport. Athletes may be required to provide evidence at the point of athlete registration or accreditation (at the discretion of the Athlete Manager or Event Director).

IMAGE RELEASE
As a condition of my participation in Crankworx Innsbruck, I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consent, authorize and grant Crankworx Events Inc. (“CEI”), the event organizers of each event, and their respective affiliates, sponsors, promoters, advertisers, broadcasters, webcasters, contractors, agents, representatives, licensees and assigns (together, the “Releasees”) all the necessary authority, right and license and permission to use photographs, audio or video recordings, or other forms of recordings that capture my image, likeness, voice or performance (or all of these) (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Images”), in which I may be included in whole or in part, in any manner or media, including print, broadcast, internet media, direct marketing channels, downloadable content and applications, and all other technologies now known or hereafter developed. The Images may be used or exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose whatsoever, and may be altered, modified, changed, combined or incorporated into other works I hereby relinquish any rights I may have in the Images (including privacy, personality and publicity rights. In no event shall I seek or be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the use of the Images. No fees or other compensation whatsoever will be provided to me for or in connection with the use of the Images. I hereby release the Releasees from any and all claims which I may now or in the future have relating to the ownership, reproductions, display, distribution or other use of the Images.
