Onsite checkin / plate pick up

Deadline: 18h00 June 16. Riders who have not checked in by this deadline will be removed from the Start List.
The lift tickets which are included in iXS DH registration packages will only be valid for the Mont-Chéry gondola during the official training and race days.
Racers who have selected the Registration Only option will need to have a Portes du Soleil or Les Gets pass.
Riders in the Cadet U17 category must have a FFC license or UCI license issued by their national cycling federation.
For the other categories, riders who do not have a FFC or UCI license can compete with a one event license. Racers must purchase the one event license / insurance (10EUR) at the same time as they register. Riders will be also be required to present at the onsite checkin a medical certificate issued within the past 12 months certifying fitness for competitive sports.
UCI points: Top 15 Elite Men / Women eligible for UCI ranking points. Class 1
It is MANDATORY for riders under the age of 18 to provide parental authorization signed by their legal guardian.
If a rider under of the age of 18 will be travelling to Les Gets unaccompanied by their parent / legal guardian, they should download the form and bring the completed form to the onsite checkin.
As a condition of participation in the Crankworx Les Gets iXS DH , racers agree to the terms and conditions in the Crankworx Image Release
START GROUPS / SEEDING
The Crankworx iXS DH uses a Finals Only format (no seeding runs).
Seeding will be based on a combination of UCI ranking points, World Cup DH rankings and results, Crankworx World Tour DH results, and 2016 Les Gets iXS DH results.
Racers will be separated into 2 groups to manage the training schedule.
Riders with current UCI ranking points or past top finishes in the Crankworx World Tour or World Cup DH will be in Group A (plates #1-225). All other riders will be in Group B (plates #300-525).
2017 START LIST
It is MANDATORY for riders to wear a full¬face helmet, back protection, gloves, elbow and knee pads.
Neck protection and shoulder pads are highly recommended
Onboard cameras are only allowed during training. Onboard cameras are prohibited during the Finals.
Altering, cutting or placing of unauthorized sponsors’ logos on race plate will result in a fine and/or disqualification. This includes writing on the race plate with a marker.
Only riders with race plates will be permitted on course during official training.
It is mandatory for all racers to complete 2 training runs prior to their Finals run. Riders must start all training runs at the official start gate.
It is forbidden to train on the course outside of official times, subject to disqualification.
Reruns will only be granted for those riders who are already on course when a medical or other course hold occurs. These riders must report to the official at the finish line to request the re-run.
Re-runs will not be granted to faster riders blocked by slower riders. Slower riders are expected to yield to faster riders.
MISSED OR LATE STARTS
Racers arriving late for their scheduled start should report to the Start Referee who will determine if the racer will be permitted to start at a later time.
The top 7 Elite women and 25 Elite men will have fixed start times for the live webcast - no late racer will be inserted into the start order once this group has started.
Protests concerning the result or conduct of an event must be made within 15 minutes of the unofficial announcement of the result of the event (or category). If no protest is made, the results become official.

The Race Director is authorized to give additional penalties that are not listed in the UCI Cycling Regulations in the case of a rider who fails to respect the other riders, the spirit of the sport, the environment or the organization.
