The tickets have different prices due to the program offered.

For technical reasons, if tickets are purchased by one person, the same name will appear on several tickets. These can be used without any problems, since the tickets are not personalized. The QR code or the consecutive number is important (do not print the ticket twice!), once the ticket has been scanned, it is no longer valid.

Unfortunately, a refund is not possible in this case.

I can’t find my ticket, what should I do?

Email to crankworx@itsgreat.at with the name under which the ticket was purchased, we can search for the ticket in the system and resend it.

Sport

Will the men’s Slopestyle Contest take place?

Yes! The Freeride Mountain Bike Association (FMBA) and Crankworx have reached an agreement with the male athletes, allowing the men’s Slopestyle World Championship to take place as planned for the remaining 2024 FMB World Tour Season.

Where can I register for the Brap-Off?

Anyone can take part in the First Degree Brap-Off presented by Anliegerreinigungsdienst. Registration starts 1-2 weeks before the event.

Why is there no Downhill race this year?

Crankworx Innsbruck’s Downhill has reached its limits during the past editions. Despite significant efforts by our partners Tyrol and Innsbruck Tourism alongside the Crankworx team, it was not possible to host a new Downhill event that meets the expectations of our athletes and the Crankworx World Tour due to local and ecological regulations.

Who is allowed to race? Where can athletes sign up/register?
  • You can sign up for the Pump Track CWNEXT and Dual Slalom disciplines via the registration platform: Crankworx.
  • For other disciplines, only athletes who have received an invitation can participate.
